Individual Sessions

Individual therapy offers you dedicated time to focus on your goals and what is getting in the way meaningful achievement. Our sessions will be tailored to your individual recovery needs. You lead the way, and I will guide with evidence based interventions and effective techniques to support your goals.

Deepen your insight on recovery and yourself through a community focused on building healthy habits and mutual support. Group therapy offers an important opportunity to learn and empathize with the situations of others and contribute meaningfully within a supportive, eight week, online environment. 

Group Sessions

Workshops

Rose Psychotherapy currently offers workshops and informational sessions on the topics of mental health and wellness for businesses, organizations and schools. Speaking engagements and workshops can be offered either in person or virtually.

Rates

Individual Session

The fee is $150 + HST for a 50 minute session.

In certain circumstances you may qualify for a lower rate.

Group Sessions

The fee is $90 + HST per group session, for $650 + HST per 8 week commitment.

In certain circumstances you may qualify for a lower rate.

Workshops

Rate are dependant on setting and number of guests.
